Roast pork ramen

Roast pork and ramen noodles go perfectly together. In just one hour, you can be sipping on some seriously good ramen featuring spring onions, ginger, and garlic. Start by marinating a piece of pork for 10 minutes in a 2:1 water and mirin/soy sauce mixture. Then, roast the pork for 25 minutes. Blanch noodles in soup stock and slice the pork to finish.
