If you're a meat lover, then you can appreciate a good steak when you see and taste one. There are many different steak cuts, but cube steak is especially fun to cook and even better to eat. This beef cut is typically taken from top sirloin or top round and is flattened with a meat tenderizer to leave the trademark cube indentations.
